NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE EU MARKET ABUSE REGULATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

PDMR transactions
The Company has been notified of the exercise of share options under the M.P. Evans Group PLC Long Term Incentive Scheme by Mr TRJ Price and Mr MH Coulson directors of the Company. Mr TRJ Price exercised his share options over 12,059 shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") granted at nil cost per Share and due to expire on 11 January 2028. Mr MH Coulson exercised his share options over 8,331 Shares granted at nil cost per Share and due to expire on 11 January 2028. These awards were satisfied out of shares held by the Trustee of the M.P. Evans Group 2018 Employees' Benefit Trust.
Simultaneously, Mr TRJ Price sold 5,559 Shares at 674p per Share in order to fund the tax and national insurance liabilities resulting from the exercise of the share options. In addition, Mr TRJ Price transferred the remaining 6,500 Shares to Mrs JA Price, Mr TRJ Price's wife.
Mr MH Coulson sold 3,831 Shares at 674p per Share in order to fund the tax and national insurance liabilities resulting from the exercise of the share options. In addition, Mr MH Coulson transferred the remaining 4,500 Shares to Mrs N Coulson, Mr MH Coulson's wife.
Separately Mr MH Coulson's wife bought 3,500 Shares.
