CORRECTIVE ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT DATE OF 2022 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM")
On 24 May 2022 the Group made an announcement regarding directorate appointments which incorrectly referred to the Group's AGM on 9 June. As shareholders will be aware from the Notice of Meeting, the Group's AGM will be taking place at Tallow Chandlers' Hall, 4 Dowgate Hill, London EC4R 2SH on Friday 10 June 2022 at 12:00 noon.
