M.P. Evans Group PLC (the "Company")

Block listing application

M.P. Evans Group PLC announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 182,320 shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares") to trade on the LSE. The shares that are being reserved under this block listing will be issued with the intention to satisfy the exercise of share options pursuant to the following scheme:

Amount Scheme

182,320 M.P. Evans Group PLC Long Term Incentive Scheme ("LTIS")

It is expected that admission of these Shares will become effective on 16 April 2020. These Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing Shares in issue, will be allotted with the intention to satisfy the exercise of options under the LTIS.
