M.P. Evans Group PLC (the "Company")

Block listing application

M.P. Evans Group PLC announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 81,000 shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares") to trade on the LSE. All of these Shares are being reserved under extensions to an existing block listing and will be issued as a result of the exercise of share options pursuant to the following scheme:

81,000 M.P. Evans Group PLC Long Term Incentive Scheme ("LTIS")

It is expected that admission of these Shares will become effective on 16 July 2021. These Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing Shares in issue, will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the LTIS.
