M P Evans Group PLC (the "Company")

Block Listing Application

M P Evans Group PLC announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the listing of 70,000 shares of 10 pence each fully paid ("Shares") to trade on AIM. All of these Shares are being reserved under extensions to an existing block listing and will be issued as a result of the exercise of share options pursuant to the following schemes:

12,000 Approved M P Evans Group PLC 2012 Executive Share Option Plan

58,000 Unapproved M P Evans Group PLC 2012 Executive Share Option Plan

It is expected that admission of these Shares will become effective on 8th November 2017. These Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Shares in issue and will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under both the Approved and Unapproved M P Evans Group PLC 2012 Executive Share Option Plans.
