FY21 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
Motorpoint Group PLC, the UK's leading independent omnichannel vehicle retailer, today announces that the following documents will be posted to shareholders and submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism:
· FY21 Annual Report and Accounts; and
· Notice of the 2021 AGM ("Notice of AGM") to be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 27 July 2021 at the Company's offices at Champion House (formerly Salisbury House), Stephensons Way, Wyvern Business Park, Derby, DE21 6LY.
A copy of both documents is available on the Company's website at: http://www.motorpointplc.com/.
The Board recognises that the AGM provides an important opportunity to engage with shareholders. Current guidelines issued by the UK Government suggest that it will be possible to hold the AGM as an open meeting, with shareholders present in person. However, given the evolving situation around COVID-19 restrictions, the Board is strongly encouraging shareholders to appoint the Chair of the AGM as their proxy and to submit their voting instructions electronically in advance of the AGM. The Board continues to closely monitor developments and will notify shareholders promptly by RNS and the Company's website should there be any updates to these arrangements.
The results of voting will be announced following the conclusion of the AGM and will also be available on the Group's website.
Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the FY21 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing shortly at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

Motorpoint is the UK's leading independent omnichannel vehicle retailer, selling through its E-commerce platforms of Motorpoint.co.uk and Auction4Cars.com and 14 retail branches. The Group's principal business is the sale of nearly-new vehicles, which are up to three years old and have covered less than 30,000 miles. Motorpoint sells vehicles from brands representing over 95 per cent of new vehicle sales in the United Kingdom, with models from Ford, Vauxhall, Volkswagen, Nissan, Hyundai, Audi and BMW being amongst the top sellers.
