Motorpoint Group PLC, the UK's largest independent omnichannel used vehicle retailer, hereby notifies the market that, on 27 November 2024, Chris Morgan, CFO of Motorpoint elected to purchase shares in the Company as detailed in the table below. This purchase results in Chris Morgan being interested in a total of 32,077 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.04% of the 86,619,822 ordinary shares in the Company currently in issue.
