Motorpoint Group PLC, the UK's largest independent omnichannel used vehicle retailer, hereby notifies the market that, on 24 April 2025, Swarupa Pathakji, a Non-Executive Director of Motorpoint elected to purchase shares in the Company as detailed in the table below. This purchase results in Swarupa Pathakji being interested in a total of 7,008 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.01% of the 86,386,611 ordinary shares in the Company currently in issue.
