Director Declaration
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company notifies that Swarupa Pathakji, Non-executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-executive Director and chair of the Audit Committee of Roadside Real Estate plc ("Roadside"), effective following the conclusion of Roadside's AGM to be held on 24 March 2026 at 10.00 am.
The Board is satisfied that Swarupa continues to have sufficient time available to fulfil her responsibilities.
