New directorship notification under Listing Rule 9.6.14

In accordance with LR 9.6.14(2), Motorpoint announces John Walden, Chair of the Company, has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director and Non-Executive Chair Designate of ScS Group Plc ("ScS") with effect from 1 March 2023. Motorpoint has been informed that it is intended John Walden will become Non-Executive Chair of ScS on 30 November 2023.
