Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified yesterday that Brian Brick, CEO of the Company, and Sara Gomez, a PDMR of the Company, are intending to participate in an award under the Moss Bros Sharesave Plan 2012 (the "Plan"). This is in addition to the awards made on 8 May 2013 and 1 May 2014.

Under the terms of the Plan, Brian Brick and Sara Gomez will be committed to contributing GBP250 and GBP200 per month respectively, over a three year period. As at 1st June 2019 the accumulated funds can then be withdrawn from the Plan as cash or used to exercise options over the Company's shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") which have been granted at 82.7 pence per share. Assuming full participation in the Plan, Brian Brick and Sara Gomez will have 10,882 and 8,706 options respectively over the Company's Ordinary Shares.

As at today's date the total beneficial holding of Brian Brick and his connected persons is 1,781,453 Ordinary Shares which represents 1.8% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Sara Gomez does not hold any Ordinary Shares.
