Moss Bros Group PLC25 April 2005 The Company has been advised jointly by FMR Corp and Fidelity InternationalLimited under Sections 198 to 202 of Companies Act 1985 ("the Act") that as at21 April 2005 they had a combined interest in and were the registered holders of2,731,268 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("the Shares") in Moss Bros Group Plc.The 2,731,268 Shares represents an interest of 2.97% of the issued sharecapital of the Company. The disclosable interests arise under section 208(4)(b)of the Act. The disclosure confirms that the 2,731,268 Shares include those Shares held onbehalf of authorised unit trust schemes in the United Kingdom.
