Update on Director information
Pursuant to AIM Rule 17, the Company announces an update to a directorship held by Roger Parry, Chairman of the Company.
On 9 December 2011, Media Square plc, a company of which Mr Parry was a director, was placed into administration. The administrators sold the business and assets of Media Square plc to a new vehicle, MSQ Partners Limited, of which Mr Parry is also a director. As a result of the transaction, Media Square plc will have no trading business, and it is therefore the administrator's intention that Media Square plc exit administration and be dissolved as appropriate. Creditors will be paid in full with the exception of the loans outstanding to Media Square plc's bank. There will be no return to Media Square plc's shareholders. Mr Parry was appointed as a director of Media Square plc on 2 July 2007 and ceased to be a director on 9 December 2011.
