Mobile Streams announces that Gaston Cerf, Chief Financial Officer, has resigned from the Company and the Company's Board of Directors, with immediate effect.
Simon Buckingham, CEO of Mobile Streams commented: "Gaston has done a solid job for Mobile Streams during a difficult and complex period as we managed the challenges created by the financial issues in Argentina. We would like to thank Gaston for his contribution to the Company.
Operations in Argentina remain, as before, under the control of our local leadership and all local financial issues are being dealt with by the team there."
Interviews have been organised with potential candidates to find a replacement as soon as possible and the Company will make a further announcement in due course.
