Organization Change

Gabriel Margent has notified the Board of his resignation as CFO and Company Secretary, effective June 29th 2012. The Board is grateful for his contribution to the Mobile Streams business. 

The Board recently initiated a CFO search in Argentina as part of its plan to relocate its global finance function to Argentina and strengthen the focus of the overall business on the Latin America region where much of its current and future revenue and growth opportunities lie. Further details will be announced once a suitable CFO candidate has been identified- this process is expected to be completed by mid September at the latest to coincide with the publication of the audited Company results. In the meantime, Mobile Streams CEO will work closely with the Group Financial Controller and regional Financial Controllers.

The Company plans to issue a trading update regarding its full year results on July 18th 2012 and expects financial performance to be significantly ahead of management expectations, driven by continuing strong performance in Argentina and Latin America.
