Launch of PublicAd, Mobile Streams' Mobile Advertising and Marketing Subsidiary

Initial Focus on Leveraging Company's Presence in Apps and Latin America

London, UK, 7 December 2011 - Mobile Streams announces today that it has launched PublicAd, a wholly owned subsidiary to conduct its new mobile advertising and marketing activities, with offices located in New York and Buenos Aires, Argentina.

PublicAd, named after the Spanish word for advertising "Publicidad", will leverage Mobile Streams' presence in Latin America to help advertisers looking to launch or grow their services in this mobile-savvy and fast growing region. PublicAd will initially focus on monetizing the advertising inventory created by the Company's rapidly growing mobile internet services as well as app-related advertising opportunities created from Appitalism.com.

Simon Buckingham, CEO of Mobile Streams commented: "We are very excited to launch our PublicAd subsidiary as we believe that over time, advertising will be a significant new revenue stream and growth engine for Mobile Streams. The launch coincides with recent ABI Research forecasts that show rapid growth in the mobile marketing and advertising market, projecting global spending will reach $28.9 billion by 2014.
