Appointment of CFO

Mobile Streams plc (AIM: MOS) (the "Company" or "Mobile Streams"), today announces that Gaston Cerf has joined the board of the Company as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.

Mr. Cerf holds a BA in economics and is based in the Company's Argentina office, reporting to the Company's CEO. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Cerf has more than 28 years experience in the corporate finance industry, working for companies such as Citibank and The Carrefour Group, where he held finance positions in Argentina, UK and France.

Commenting, Gaston Cerf said: "I am delighted to be joining Mobile Streams as CFO. I was impressed with the Company's track record as well as its strong future potential."

Gaston Cerf was today granted 250,000 stock options at an exercise price of 61pence, being the average price over the past five trading days. Per the Company's stock option program, these options will vest over a three-year period, with a third vesting after 12 months, 24 months and then 36 months from the grant date.
