Director resignation
Mobile Streams plc (AIM: MOS) today announces that Mark Carleton has resigned as a director of the Company with effect from 27 January 2017. The Company understands that this decision has been made following the sale of Liberty Media Corporation's shares in the Company starting on 3 November 2015 and completing on 16 June 2016. Further detail will be announced as and when available.
Roger Parry, Chairman, commented: "Mobile Streams is grateful to Mark and Liberty for their support and advice over the past 10 years. Following the recent fundraise we are excited about the future prospects in the Company and are grateful for the ongoing support of our shareholders."
