Appointment of Nominated Advisor
Mobile Streams plc announces that, further to the announcement of yesterday following its General Meeting, the Company has appointed Beaumont Cornish Limited as the Company's Nominated Adviser. Accordingly, the Company expects that trading in the Company's New Ordinary Shares on AIM will resume with effect from 7.30am today.
Given the appointment of Beaumont Cornish Limited as the Company's Nominated Adviser, the directors independent of the transaction whereby it was proposed to issue the Settlement Shares to the Company's CEO, Simon Buckingham, being Nigel Burton, Peter Tomlinson, Charles Goodfellow and Mark Epstein now confirm, as required by AIM Rule 13, that, having consulted with the Company's Nominated Adviser, they consider the issue of the Settlement Shares is fair and reasonable insofar as the Company's shareholders are concerned. Accordingly, as announced yesterday the Settlement Shares have been issued and trading on AIM is expected to commence this morning.
