Mortice Limited (AIM:MORT), the AIM listed security and facilities management company, announces that Mancom Holdings Limited, and entity wholly controlled by Manjit Rajain, Executive Chairman of the Company, transferred 40,000,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") to Mr Rajain. As a result, Mr. Rajain's total beneficial holding in the Company remains unchanged, and he remains interested in 40,000,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company, representing 86.0 per cent. of the issued share capital.
