Appointment of CEO at Peregrine Guarding
Mortice Limited, (AIM:MORT), the Indian based security and facilities management company, announces the appointment of Rakesh Tripathie as Chief Executive Officer of Peregrine Guarding Private Limited (Peregrine), the Group's security services subsidiary.
Mr. Tripathie has significant experience in the services sector and has held key roles in general management, operations, marketing and business development since he joined Peregrine in November 2006 as Chief Operating Officer.
During this time he has been responsible for all national operations, finance, business development and marketing and in July 2008 was appointed Director of Emerging Markets for Peregrine. In this post he successfully developed key accounts and an emerging market business model and as a result has a wide experience of the security services sector.
As CEO, Mr. Tripathie will be responsible for delivering growth, profitability, and promoting initiatives to enhance customer service.
Before joining Peregrine, Mr. Tripathie was Vice President of Sales & Marketing at the Centre for Science Development and Media Studies in Singapore. Previous to this he has held positions as Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Corporate Affairs for Su-Kam Communication Systems Limited and also been Head of Marketing for India at EFY Enterprisers Private Limited.

Mortice, which listed on AIM in May this year is the parent company of Peregrine Guarding Private Limited ("Peregrine"), and the holding company of Tenon Property Services("Tenon") both of which are based in India (together called 'the Group').
Peregrine, founded in 1995 by Mr. Rajain, provides security services across India and services a client base of over 450 major corporate and multinational clients through a pan-India presence in 51 locations in 21 out of the 28 Indian states. These clients are in a wide range of sectors which include information technology enabled services, telecoms, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, banking and healthcare.
Tenon, which developed as a result of the success of Peregrine , provides a wide range of facilities management services to major multinational clients and has a strong management team with experience in setting-up, managing and delivering integrated facilities services to the Indian corporate and real estate sector.
