PDMR DEALING NOTIFICATION
The Company announces that it has been notified that on 7 November 2025 at Lis Barton, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR), exercised options over ordinary shares of 0.02p each in the Company granted under the Company's Save As You Earn (SAYE) scheme. The options, which were granted on 1 November 2022 at an exercise price of £1.56 per share, vested in accordance with the rules of the SAYE scheme following the completion of the relevant savings contract.
