MONEYSUPERMARKET.COM GROUP PLC ("THE COMPANY")
PDMR DEALING NOTIFICATION
On 31 March 2024, a portion of the conditional awards granted on 31 March 2021 under the Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan vested. Details of the number of ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares") received by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and subsequent sales or transfers are set out below. On 3 April 2024, shares were sold to cover the recipient's income tax and National Insurance liabilities with the balance being transferred to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility as detailed below.
