Appointment of Andrew Fisher
Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC ("Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Fisher as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. He will be a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees of the Board and will chair the Remuneration Committee.
Andrew is currently executive chairman and was previously chief executive officer of Shazam, a leading media engagement company. Prior to that, Andrew was European managing director of Infospace Inc and founder and managing director of TDLI.com.
Announcing the appointment, Bruce Carnegie-Brown, Chairman of the Company, said: "We are delighted that Andrew has agreed to join the Board as a Non-Executive Director. With his experience of building digital, media and entrepreneurial businesses, he will be a valuable addition to the Board."
There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R relating to Andrew Fisher.
