NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company announces that on 1 October 2015, options over an aggregate of 357,983 ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") were granted under the Company's all employee Sharesave Scheme ("Scheme").
In consideration of the grant of these options, the grantee will make monthly savings contributions during the associated three year savings contract. The exercise price is £2.64 per Share, representing a discount of 20% of the market value of the Shares at the date the Scheme invitation was issued.
These options will normally be exercisable during a 6 month period commencing on 1 November 2018.
Of the total number of awards, options were granted to the Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility as follows:
