Appointment of Robin Klein
Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC ("Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Robin Klein as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. He will be a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Board.
Robin is currently a venture partner of Index Ventures and a founding partner of The Accelerator Group, both of which invest in e-commerce, digital media and internet businesses. Robin is the non-executive chairman of Moo Print Limited, Wonga Group Limited and MyBuilder Limited; a non-executive director of Lifealike Limited, Stylescape Limited and Zoopla Property Group Limited; and an observer on a number of boards of companies in which Index Ventures and the Accelerator Group have made investments.
Announcing the appointment, Gerald Corbett, Chairman of the Company, said: "We are delighted that Robin has agreed to join the Board as a Non-Executive Director. With his experience of advising internet and entrepreneurial businesses, he will be a valuable addition to the Board."
There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R relating to Robin Klein.
