Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC (the "Company")

Additional Listing

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for a block listing of 600,000 ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each ("the New Ordinary Shares"), fully paid to trade on the London Stock Exchange and be admitted to the Official List. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

The New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the Company's obligations under the Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC Sharesave Scheme.

Admission of the New Ordinary Shares is expected to take place on 2 September 2019.
