Total Voting Rights

As at 31 January 2017 the Company's issued share capital consisted of 2,296,146,630 ordinary shares of 1p each. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 2,296,146,630. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
