Of the 4,680,000 Ordinary Shares to be issued following the exercise of options, 2,985,526 are to be issued under the Company's existing block listing arrangements. Application has been made for the remaining 1,694,474 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market ("AIM"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings will commence in the remaining 1,694,474 Ordinary Shares on 21 October 2010.
