Director Shareholding

Monitise plc (the "Company") has been informed that today, Thursday 17 December 2009, Duncan McIntyre, Non Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 12.87 pence per share. He now has a beneficial interest in 20,696,450 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing 5.00% of the Company's issued share capital. 

The Company has also been informed that Peter Radcliffe, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today purchased 75,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 13.44 pence per share. He now has a beneficial interest in 475,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
