Monitise plc announces that it has today received notification that David Dey, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 74,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 17 February 2011 at a price of 26.6 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Dey is beneficially interested in 568,158 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.1 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
