CFO Brad Petzer to step down from the Board; Search for new CFO underway

LONDON - 1 December 2015 - Monitise plc (LSE: MONI, "Monitise" or the "Company") announces that Chief Financial Officer, Brad Petzer, has informed the Board of his intention to step down as CFO. Brad will resign from the Board with immediate effect but will remain with the business until a successor has been appointed. The search for a new CFO is underway and a further announcement will be made in due course.
