Blocklisting Application
The Company today announces that it has made a block listing application to the London Stock Exchange for up to 7,582,026 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"). These Ordinary Shares are available to be issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the Monitise Rollover Plan. Following this application up to 11,103,222 Ordinary Shares will be available to be issued under this block listing.
The Company also announces that it has made a further block listing application to the London Stock Exchange for up to 15,500,000 Ordinary Shares. These Ordinary Shares are available to be issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the Monitise Employee Sharesave Plan (2007), the Monitise Employee Sharesave Plan (2008) and/or the Monitise 5 Year Performance Share Plan (2008). Following this application up to 18,467,106 Ordinary Shares will be available to be issued under this block listing. Ordinary Shares that may be issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the Monitise 3 Year Performance Share Plan (2007) and the Monitise Deferred Annual Bonus Scheme (2007) will also be covered by this block listing.
All Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the option schemes described above will rank parri passu with existing Ordinary Shares.
