ADDITIONAL LISTING
Monitise plc announces that application has been made for 545,456 new ordinary shares of 1p each to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market ('AIM') for listed securities.
The new shares, which rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, have been issued to two external consultants engaged by Monitise.
Admission is expected to become effective on 29 September 2008.
