Director's Dealing
Madagascar Oil (AIM:MOIL) announces that it was today informed by Steve Hope, a Non-Executive Director of the Company and representative of Outrider Master Fund, L.P. ("Outrider"), that Outrider has today purchased 400,000 common shares of US$0.001 each in the capital of the Company, at a price of 4.5p per share.
As a result, Outrider is now interested in 187,790,232 common shares, representing approximately 28.8 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
