Portfolio update
As at 25 July 2023, the Company had deployed 83.6% of the C share proceeds raised in 2021. The Company has agreed to invest $20.7m in a funding round that is expected to complete on 1 August 2023. The Managers have notified the Board that, following completion of this investment, at least 85% of the proceeds of the C share issue will have been deployed, which would enable the Board to trigger conversion of the C shares into ordinary shares, in accordance with the Company's articles of incorporation ("Conversion"). A further announcement will be released in due course setting out the timetable for Conversion, with Conversion being implemented on a NAV-for-NAV basis.
