Annual General Meeting
22 May 2025
At the Annual General Meeting held on 22 May 2025 all resolutions were passed, including those detailed below:
· Shareholders approved a special resolution renewing the Company's authority to make market purchases of up to 14.99% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, being 153,037,243 ordinary shares. The authority will expire at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in respect of the year ending 31 January 2026, unless previously varied, revoked or renewed.
· Shareholders approved a special resolution and adopted the Articles of Incorporation produced to the meeting and signed by the Chairperson for the meeting for the purposes of identification as the new Articles of Incorporation of the Company in substitution for, and to the exclusion of, the existing Articles of Incorporation with effect from the conclusion of the meeting.

The Company notes that the voting rights adjustments under Articles 82 and 82A in respect of resolutions 3 to 6 did not affect the outcome of the shareholder vote.
