Thetotal dividend distribution will amount to approximately USD 548 million.The Board of Directors has also proposed to set the dividend record date onJune 21, 2016 The Board of Directors of the Company decided to support the Olympic skiresort Rosa Khutor by approving a 3-year financing programme of thisfacility via acquiring shares of Belfund Investments Limited for a totalconsideration of USD 250.5 million. The acquisition of the shares will beexecuted in several installments during 2016-2017. This decision was madein full accordance with Norilsk Nickel's dedicated programme to supportmass sports in Russia.
