Block Listing Application

An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 9,800,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ('Shares') to be admitted to the Official List.

These Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued as a result of exercising of future share options pursuant to the M&G plc Sharesave Plan 2019.

The admission date for these Shares is expected to be Tuesday 31 October 2023. When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

The block listing is expected to become effective on Tuesday 31 October 2023.

The Company will make six-monthly announcements of the utilisation of the block admission, in line with its obligations under Listing Rule 3.5.6.
