Issue of options
The Directors of TLDH (AIM: TLDH) announce that the Company has today awarded options over 7,000,000 Ordinary Shares to Antony Van Couvering, a director of the Company at an exercise price of 9p per Ordinary share (total 9,626,347 Ordinary shares under option following this grant). The closing mid-market price on 21 December 2010, being the last practicable date prior to this announcement, was 8.125p per Ordinary Share. The options granted above will vest on the first anniversary of the date of grant provided that Antony Van Couvering remains an employee of the Company and will expire unless exercised on or before 22 December 2013.
