Update on Chairman appointment

 

Marshall Motor Holdings plc, one of the UK's leading automotive retail groups, announces that the process to identify and appoint a successor to Peter Johnson as Chairman of the Company is ongoing.

 

In the meantime, Peter Johnson has kindly agreed to remain Chairman until this process is concluded.

 

The Company will make a further announcement when the process is complete.
