The Company has been notified that on 26 April 2018, Daksh Gupta, Chief Executive Officer, transferred 725,000 ordinary shares of 64p each in the Company to his wife, MacKenzie Gupta, for nil consideration. Following the transfer, Daksh Gupta's beneficial interest in the Company's shares remains unchanged at 1,163,272 shares representing approximately 1.49 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
