Directorate Appointment
Marshall Motor Holdings Plc, one of the UK's leading automotive retail groups, is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Blumberger as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
Richard is currently Director of Group Finance at Mitie Plc and previously held senior finance roles at Engie (formerly GDF Suez) and Balfour Beatty Plc. He will join the Company in January 2019.
Mark Raban will, therefore, be stepping down from his position as Chief Financial Officer also in January 2019.
Daksh Gupta, Chief Executive Officer, said:

Richard will resign from all of his current directorships on or before his appointment as a director of the Company.
