Management Consulting Group PLC06 March 2008 Management Consulting Group PLC Directorate Changes Management Consulting Group PLC ("MCG") today announces that Mr Luiz Carvalho,CEO of Proudfoot Consulting, Mr Miguel de Fontenay, CEO of Ineum Consulting, andMr Mark Wietecha, Chairman of Kurt Salmon Associates, will join the Board asExecutive Directors on 19 March 2008. MCG also announces that it has begun the search for two independentNon-Executive Directors who will join the Board of Directors on appointment.
