MIRLAND APPOINTS STEVEN HOLM AS NEW NON EXECUTIVEΒ DIRECTOR
MirLand, one of the leading residential and commercial property developers inΒ Russia, today announcesΒ theΒ appointment ofΒ Steven HolmΒ asΒ an independentΒ non-executive directorΒ with effect fromΒ 17 NovemberΒ 2008. On joining, StevenΒ will serve as a member of theΒ Audit andΒ RemunerationΒ Committees.
StevenΒ Holm,Β (aged 56)Β aΒ USΒ resident,Β qualified as a lawyerΒ and joined the American Bar AssociationΒ in 1977. Since 1981 he has worked for law firms which have specialised in commercial real estate.Β In 2007 he became aΒ PartnerΒ and ChairmanΒ of Levy Holm Pellegrino & Drath LLPΒ a law firm specializing in commercial real estate and corporate law and between 1994 and 2006 he was a Partner of Holm & Drath LLP, the predecessor to Levy Holm Pellegrino & Drath LLP.Β He is currently a member of the Committee on Real Estate Financing for the New York State Bar Association.
