Board Changes

The Board of MirLand Development Corporation announces that Caroline Brown has resigned from the Board as a non-executive director to pursue other business interests.

Following Caroline Brown's resignation, Alexander Regenbogen, who has sat on the Board since August 2014 and has been a member of the Audit Committee during this time, will take on the role of Chairman of the Audit Committee. Saydam Salaheddin, who has sat on the Board since 2012, has been appointed the Senior Independent Director.

Nigel Wright, Chairman of MirLand, said:

"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Caroline for her long and valuable contribution to MirLand, and wish her very well for the future."

All changes to the Board will take place with immediate effect.
