Minco PLC12 December 2005 MINCO PLC ("MINCO" or "THE COMPANY") WARRANTS FULLY EXERCISED ADDITIONAL LISTING £2.6 MILLION RAISED 12 December 2005 Following the exercise of 15,379,759 warrants to subscribe for ordinary sharesof €0.0125 each in Minco Plc ("Ordinary Shares") at 12.5p per share, and theexercise of 1,000,000 options below, an application has today been made for16,379,759 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Sharesand dealings are expected to commence in the new Ordinary Shares on 16 December2005. With the exercise of these warrants, requests to exercise for 100% of the 20.5million warrants issued in December 2004 have now been received, together withapproximately £2.6 million (US$ 4.5 million) of new subscription money in total.
