Minoan Group PLC05 November 2007 Minoan Group Plc ("Minoan" or the "the Company") Appeal Hearing The Board of Minoan Group Plc has been advised that the hearing of the appeallodged against the Greek Government's approval of its Environmental ImpactAssessment ("EIA") has been postponed. The new date for the hearing before aPlenary Session of the Greek Council of State is 14 March 2008. Prior to the postponement, the appellants filed supplementary grounds of appeal.The Board has been advised that these new grounds have been dealt with in theEIA and by the Company's legal team. Notwithstanding the postponement of the appeal hearing, the Company continues toprepare for the implementation of the Cavo Sidero Project, including ongoingnegotiations with international hotel groups and potential joint venturepartners. In addition, the Board has been impressed by the designs submitted inthe recently completed architectural competition in respect of the firstvillage, Grandes Bay.
