NOTIFICATIONS AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
Mila Resources Plc (LSE:MILA), the post-discovery gold exploration accelerator, announces that further to the announcement of 17 June 2025, Mark Stephenson, Executive Chairman, has subscribed for 2,857,142 New Ordinary Shares of the Company at a price of 0.7 pence per share.
Following this transaction, which is detailed in the PDMR Notification Dealing Form below, Mr Stephenson is interested in 20,073,903 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 3.07% which is calculated on the total number of ordinary shares carrying voting rights of 652,835,116.
