Directorate Change

As part of a stated succession plan through which one or more of the Directors would step down between the Annual General Meetings to be held in 2013 and 2014, the Directors of Maven Income and Growth VCT 5 PLC confirm the resignation of Mr Steven Mitchell from the Board with effect from 10 October 2013. The Directors wish to record their thanks to Mr Mitchell for the valued contribution that he has made to the deliberations of the Board during his time in office.

Any future changes to the constitution of the Board will be confirmed and communicated fully to Shareholders in due course.
